Z-KEY | 2-port ModBUS industrial gateway / serial device server
Z-KEY is a device that extends networks and allows process data to pass between different IT and industrial communication architecture levels. Z-KEY guarantees the transmission of signals between Modbus TCP-IP/ Modbus RTU in 10 operating modes, increasing the number of nodes connected and the distances reached in the network. The device can also extend the serial network by operating as a Remote virtual COM transparent to the serial communication protocol.
The device is equipped with 1 Ethernet 100 Tx port and 2 serial ports (RS232/RS485, RS485)and it offers multiple configuration possibilities thanks to DIP-switches, web servers, and software tools such as SDD (Seneca Discovery Device), SESC (Seneca Ethernet to Serial Connection), EASY SETUP2. Advanced functions include advanced serial diagnostics, and “quarantine” mode with settable time for failing devices.

Z-PC Line is a modular automation system for managing from a
single signal to thousands of I/Os. Z-PC series includes the maximum variety of I/O modules: digital inputs, fast counters, digital

Z-SG is a strain gauge signal converter. Measurements taken using the 6-wires or 4-wires technique are available through Modbus-RTU serial protocol or the analog output. Sensitivity from 1 to 64mV/V, settable by DIP-switch for integer values, via software for real/integer values by connecting to the device via the microUSB port on the front panel. Stable weight indication via Modbus register/digital output. Remote writing of the tare in volatile and/or non-volatile memory by digital input/Modbus register/Modbus commands. Z113-1 | Double threshold with universal analog input
Z113-1 is double alarm threshold with universal analog input and two relays common SPST 3 A@ 250Vac, 3 A@ 30Vdc. The input can be configured as voltage, current, potentiometer, thermocouples or thermos resistances. The current input can be set in passive or active mode in order to provide power to the sensor. Z113-1 can be programmed by PC through a microUSB front connector where it is possible to configure the two-alarms output, the input filter, the rejection and the burn-out. The isolation between input and power supply is 1500 Vac and 3000 Vac towards the outputs. On front panel status indicators are available for power on, out of range/burn out error and the alarm for each output.
Z170REG | Universal converter with 2 galvanically separated analog outputs
